“Met Meghan what a fabulous knowledgeable lady she is , captured every detail with perfection and some of the detail got you so engrossed that it became extremely emotional especially when you see it in your guidelines telling the precious memories of what happened in detail on 9/11 ...... She was very conscious of how cold it was as at the time the city was going through some extreme weather so was mindful of all the group. She was on time , very chatty friendly made everyone feel welcome and interested in where we were all from around the world. Hand warmers were provided for tour which was I thought…”

“We asked for the 911 tour with optional tickets to the tower we never got tickets to the 9/11 tour that part was simply someone outside talking to us about some of the things that happened and they gave us tickets to the observation tower even though it said optional and did not give us tickets to the 911 memorial And I was very generic presentation and certainly not worth the price for what we got”

“I was a bit disappointed with this tour having read the reviews. The museum itself is 1 very small room and the guide we had - to be honest - really didn't do anything. We were shown a video, then he explained a few items maybe 4 and then gave us a headset to explore ourselves. This trip is advertised at 2 hours - we did it in 1 hour and didn't leave anything out!! It's a cheap visit and the photos are amazing and very moving - but if you're going to the 9/11 museum I wouldn't bother with this one.”

“Horrible experience with bus and getting us to boat ride timely. I was walking in the boat and they told me it was to late and I had to come back the next morning. Plus how the guys on the street lied and told us they will stop at Ellis island and would allow us to tour. We was lied to about the tour when we/I asked specific questions and they lied to us to get the sale. It was a wait of our time!”
