“I didn’t have an experience I showed up and waited for the tour to begin and no tour guide came I couldn’t get in touch at first and finally a half hour later someone called me and told me that they canceled the tour because they weren’t enough people but no one contacted me my friend came into the city to meet me and I traveled five hours to get there. I’m expecting a refund on my credit card and I also ask them for compensation in a financial apology because that was disgraceful.”
