“I was a bit disappointed with this tour having read the reviews. The museum itself is 1 very small room and the guide we had - to be honest - really didn't do anything. We were shown a video, then he explained a few items maybe 4 and then gave us a headset to explore ourselves. This trip is advertised at 2 hours - we did it in 1 hour and didn't leave anything out!! It's a cheap visit and the photos are amazing and very moving - but if you're going to the 9/11 museum I wouldn't bother with this one.”
